I can do this. The battle cry, feels like pressure to be more than I am. But I don’t want to. The childish maxim, feels like permission to give up. Neither one is right.
Thank goodness we aren't doing it alone.

I used to think I had a great vocabulary. I even thought I was articulate.
ReplyDeleteI'm running out of words. Only feelings, have I. So I close my eyes and send you all I have to give....
Those pigtails, oh my!
ReplyDeleteYou're right, you're not doing this alone. We're here; we're praying, wishing, cursing, and loving right alongside of you.
Jenni Baby,
ReplyDeleteAs I posted previously, you are blessed to have the "Celia Circle."

P.S. Don't worry, but I had to go to the hospital last night...got my stomach pumped...and asked for a smoking room.
I say "I don't wanna!" a lot in my head. It does a mind some good. :)
ReplyDeleteWhen we get beyond the most difficult times in our lives, we think, "How did we ever do that?!" The answer is always, "We didn't have a choice; we HAD to do it." The GIFT is to realize that you're not doing it alone. Love to all of you!
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love those red pigtails Jenni! Redheds are truly special!
