Carving time (but not pumpkins) in the backyard - with these two - before we left town:
And then, for several days, it was just the two of us:
In New York, where we celebrated the wedding of one of our family's favorite people, visited with old friends and made new ones, slept in, ate well, spent time with cousins, saw Broadway shows...
Where we made some really super memories.

Fun, fun for EVERYONE!!!!

P.S. Grandma Sandy has been away on business so often recently, that I purchased a blow-up doll...at a yard sale...not well thought out. G/S and I need some away time too! We are happy that you two could pull it off!!!
So glad you got some time away - way overdue and well deserved!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you got some well-deserved time away!!! Matt and I are going to the OSU/Penn State game and I can't wait!! A whole day with just him!
ReplyDeleteJenny and Andy,
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you had a wonderful time in New York. I know that Libby and Andrew were so thrilled that you were able to visit with them. I keep up with the blog. It is a daily part of my sign on ritual at work.
