She has.

Eyelashes cast blue shadows on her cheeks, and there is sadly no sure-fire way I can help a smile remake itself on her face.
But her hand lies partially uncurled on top of the clothes that cover her frame, like she’s offering me something I cannot see.
And she has.  She has offered so many things.

I think your daughter is one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen.

Something else I love, is the way that your well-chosen words allow us to know her, through you. Thank you for sharing her. She is priceless.

@Groves, yes, you are so right. When I look at her beautiful face I see something wonderous...almost like a glimpse of God. There is a purity there that is untouched by the ugliness the world seeks to mar us all with. She teaches so much to those who are willing to only take the time to look and reflect. And your words are so expressive and deep. Thank you for sharing your life with people you don't know and may never meet. You help us to grow and understand the truly important things in life.
