For Now

For Now. The words build dread. For now implies the opposite of longevity.
For now though, I love her the way I loved her the first time I looked at her. More. And then I let the words dissolve.

I've typed, deleted, retyped, and backspaced but all the words are inadequate. Jenni and Andy; please know you're always in our thoughts and prayers.

Celia's "for now" has lessons for all of us.
P.S. Last night, I started an outdoor campfire with steel wool and a 9 volt battery...thank you Mrs. Stevens and 4th grade science class!
